Questions about pricing.
What counts as a product?
A product is any tool or service you onboard into your estate to monitor, from a managed catalog or, on Enterprise, beyond it. Each onboarded product consumes one license; offboarding it releases that license back to your pool. Your tier caps how many products you can have onboarded at once.
How does billing work?
Pricing is per product, per month, in USD. You hold licenses for the number of products you monitor, and you can pay monthly or pre-pay a one-year or two-year period upfront. There are no per-seat charges and no setup fees.
How much do pre-paid periods save?
Pre-paying one year applies a 3% discount and two years applies 5%, compared with paying monthly. The toggle above shows the equivalent per-product monthly rate for each period. Pre-paid one- and two-year licenses do not expire when the period ends; the date is a billing and renewal signal only.
Do Business and Enterprise get extra discounts?
Yes. Business includes a 5% volume discount on licenses, and Enterprise pricing is negotiated for your volume and needs. Volume discounts are separate from, and stack with, the pre-pay period savings.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. You can request an upgrade at any time, and it takes effect immediately. Your tier lives on your tenant record and is re-checked on every request, so higher product caps and newly unlocked features are available right away, without signing out.
Is there a free option or trial?
The Demo tier is free and includes one product and one free license, so you can explore Sentrock at no cost before deciding to scale up.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled securely by our billing provider. Sentrock never sees your card number. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel; pre-paid periods are a single upfront charge.
